Wait for the phone to ask for the sim card.

You are now ready to enter the code. The code has the symbols '#'  '*' and the letters 'P'  'W'  You enter it like you would in a text message. Your phone has both a # (hash key) and a * (star key) but not a P or a W key. Below we explain how to type in P + W.

This is how you get to enter your codes

Please ensure you have the correct character on display before moving onto the next one.

1. Start with the # key
2. Press * three times rapidly for ‘P’
3. Press * four times rapidly for ‘W’
4. Press * twice rapidly for ‘ +’
5. Press the numbers that are in the code
6. Press * twice rapidly for ‘+’
7. Press the number at the end of the code (before the final #)
8. Press # once to finish the code

If successful you will see the message ‘Code accepted’ or ‘restriction off’

If you get a code ‘ error then you have entered the code wrong or have gone too slow. Stop recheck above and try again.
